Last week we began a short series on the Work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the member of the Trinity whom the Scripture most often represents as being present to do God’s work in the world. We categorized His work in four ways: 1) empowers, 2) purifies, 3) reveals, and 4) unifies. This wee we continue by looking at the ways in which the Holy Spirit purifies, reveals, and unifies. The Doctrine of God: Week 24

This week we begin our discussion on how God keeps all created things existing and maintaining the properties with which he created them (preservation) and how He cooperates with created things in every action, directing their distinctive properties to cause them to act the way they do (concurrence).
